Magic LV 2025-2026 Construction Specification

To whom it may concern ;

The national participation in MAGIC LV SHOW on 10-12 February 2025 and 18-20 August 2025 and 2026 February and August Fairs at Las Vegas, USA to be realized under the organization by IHKIB for Turkey will be assumed by our Association. In this scope, construction service shall be procured for the provision of 4 terms for the said organization.

Please send your offer specifying the unit price per square feet for booth construction of Magic LV Show according to attached specifications and the price proposal should be given with 3D renderings via e-mail on 05/11/2024 latest (November 11th).



Note:

• Annex 1 Proposal Form and Annex 2 company information form should be filled and the form should signed & sealed.
• Also the techinal specification form and if there will be annexes of proposal letter should signed & sealed and e-mailed with 3D renders.
• The stand construction designs made in the past periods are attached.
